The Big Bang Campaign Imgae.png

Bloomington Playwrights Project, Cardinal Stage, and Pigasus Institute are joining forces on July 1, 2022 to become Constellation Stage & Screen, a new organization with an innovative blend of theater and film production, arts education, and new work development.

In order to allow for more robust operations, increase our service capacity, and broaden and diversify our audience, Constellation’s sustained success requires setting a new standard for arts philanthropy in the region.

To build the full-scale, comprehensive, professional performing arts organization that Bloomington has long deserved, Cook Group has pledged a principal commitment of $300,000/year in unrestricted operating support.

Additionally, Cook has issued a challenge to our community to develop a broad and sustainable base of renewable support by matching all new and renewable annual gifts over the next five years, up to $150,000/year. The Big Bang Campaign will commence in 2022, ushering in a new era of arts philanthropy in Bloomington, with the goal of securing $250,000 in new, sustained annual giving by 2027.

Consider pledging your support today. Please email for more information on how you can MAKE A BIG BANG with Constellation Stage & Screen.
